Viewing documents in the app
In Pocket Companion you can view all your documents on the go. Handy when you’re with a client or on site.
Which documents?
- Invoices, quotes and proformas
- Credit notes
- Purchase orders and delivery orders
- Recurring invoices
- Purchase slips and their credit notes
Opening a document
- In the menu, tap the module you need, for example Invoices.
- You’ll see the list. Search or filter to quickly find the right document (for example by status).
- Tap a document to open it.
Viewing and downloading the PDF
In a document’s detail view you see the full PDF and extra info (such as the status). Tap Download to save or share the PDF.
ℹ️ These documents are created in the web version. In the app you view, download and share them.
