How do I connect to the Peppol network?

With Sage Cloud Demat Invoicing, you can easily connect to the Peppol network at no extra cost. This network allows you to securely send and receive standardized invoices and credit notes between businesses and government agencies.

You request the Peppol connection via the Connections page. There you choose right away whether you want to send, receive, or both. The same request window also appears in a few other places in the app (see below).

The use of Peppol within our platform is included in your subscription; there are no extra costs associated with activating this feature.

Activating Peppol via the Connections page

1. Click your name in the top right corner and choose Connections.
2. Click “Request Access” next to Peppol. The “Request Peppol Access” window opens.
3. Choose one or more options:
   • Send
   • Receive
   • Both
4. Click “Next”.
5. Confirm your company details in the next step.

Other places where you can activate Peppol

The “Request Peppol Access” window also appears where you actually use Peppol. The steps in the window are identical to those described above.

While sending a document

• When sending an invoice or credit note, select the option “Via Peppol”.
• If you don’t have access yet, the “Request Peppol Access” window opens automatically.
• Follow the same steps as above.

In the Peppol module

• Navigate to the “Peppol” module in the main menu.
• Click “How to receive”.
• In the window that opens, click the “Request Access” button.
• Follow the same steps as above.

Disconnecting from Peppol

Want to cancel your Peppol registration? You can manage this yourself via the Connections page.

How do I deregister?

1. Click your name in the top right corner and choose Connections
2. Find the Peppol connection
3. Click the “Deregister” button
4. Confirm your choice

Note: The “Deregister” button is only visible if your inbox for incoming invoices is set to Sage Cloud Demat Invoicing. Are you using an external inbox? Then contact help@clouddematinvoicing.be.

What happens after deregistration?

After deregistering:

• You can no longer send invoices via Peppol from Sage Cloud Demat Invoicing
• You will no longer receive incoming Peppol invoices in your inbox
• Your Peppol Endpoint ID will be released, so you can register with another provider if needed
