How can I import my existing products?

Want to quickly and easily add multiple products to your account? You can seamlessly import a product list via an Excel file (.xlsx or .xls).

Preparation

Gather all your product data in one file. Make sure each row represents a separate product and that the columns match the available fields.

How do you import your products?

  1. In the menu, go to Products.
  2. Click Import in the top right corner.
  3. Upload your Excel file with product data (.xlsx or .xls, max. 20 MB).
  4. Map the columns from your file to the correct fields.
  5. Check the preview of your data.
  6. Confirm and start the import.

Available columns

excl_vat Yes Is the price excluding VAT? (1 = yes, 0 = no) 1

Tips for a successful import

  • Use a period (.) as the decimal separator, not a comma
  • Leave empty cells blank for optional fields
  • Make sure your VAT percentages are valid for your country
